Prue Leith's Cotswold Kitchen

Prue's guest is wine expert Olly Smith. Olly loves nothing more than cooking with wine, and he brings along some bubbles to make a bright and fresh chicken dish - his very own twist on classic one-pot wonder coq au vin. Of course, he and Prue can't resist a good catch-up over a glass or two while it cooks! Prue whips up a dark, rich and decadent cake that looks just like its star ingredient: Irish stout. John visits a local stonemason to create a brand-new sculpture for the garden.
