With ambitions to start a cookery school in Shropshire, a couple from Hertfordshire get a helping hand from Nicki Chapman to spend £900,000 on a new home for their new life in the country. Getting to know the area and local producers, they all visit a small farm that supplies veggies to local restaurants and cafes.
