Long Lost Family

Pat is 77 years old and searching for the son she placed for adoption when she was just 15. A few years after his adoption, Pat discovered she couldn't have any more children naturally. Now she longs to see her only son again to tell him she has always loved him. Jake has not seen his two paternal siblings Tom and Katie since he was a baby, and they seemingly vanished off the face of the earth.
