Gary Lineker puts ten intrepid celebrities through their paces as they are transported to mystery locations in boxes - with no rules and no instructions, they must try to beat each other in high-pressure challenges and avoid a head-to-head showdown in The Duel. As The Box messes with the celebrities' minds, they must successfully navigate one individual and one team challenge, determine whether to make friends or foes with their competition and avoid being the first celebrity sent packing.
