Hell's Kitchen USA

The contestants face a challenge involving scallops, with the winning team enjoying a yacht cruise and the losers having to clean and prep the kitchens. The losing team also get an unpleasant surprise from sous chef Scott in the form of a scallop smoothie. Evening service proves to be a disaster, but will an attempt by one team to rig the elimination succeed?
