Prue Leith's Cotswold Kitchen

Prue's guest this time is actor, director and radio host Angela Griffin - Angela loves spicy food, so Prue decides to treat her to a Cambodian dish of fish and prawn amok. After Angela has more than she bargained for when she tries some raw galangal which proves to be incredibly hot, it's lasagne on the menu for Prue - a classic meat version and a vegetarian version - while John heads off to a local alpaca farm.
