Dermot's Taste of Ireland

Dermot travels to Letterkenny in Donegal, often called Ireland's 'forgotten county', but quickly discovers a place full of unforgettable people, stories and food. Surrounded by ancient rainforest, he heads into the woods to forage for prized golden chanterelle mushrooms before visiting the renowned Lemon Tree Restaurant, where he learns to make tortellini completely from scratch with one of Donegal's most skilled chefs.
