Crank: High Voltage (2009)

After being kidnapped by a gang of Chinese mobsters, hitman Chev Chelios has his heart stolen and swapped with a battery-powered replacement. Chelios goes on a violent romp through LA to wreak his vengeance, but the artificial heart requires constant electric shocks to keep its owner alive.
