Prue Leith's Cotswold Kitchen

Prue is joined in her kitchen by designer and TV presenter Patrick Grant, who cooks a delicious slow-cooked fenugreek lamb dish and tells Prue how he inherited his love of cooking from his dad along with an old spice rack which he still uses at home - no-knead focaccia is also on the menu for Prue, who explains that it takes a bit of patience but is well worth the wait. Flavoured with rosemary, salt and olives, Prue declares that this is a dish you should definitely find the time to make.
