The Bidding Room

Jeremy from Reading has brought in a painting by a Royal Academician, William Russell Flint, of a scene in Rome. The watercolour dates from the turn of the 20th century, and both Nigel and Simon reckon it is an original rather than a print which pushes the price up considerably.
