Judge John Deed

A police informer is charged with a serious assault on his wife, but Deed is pressured to acquit him because he could have vital information about the real IRA for MI5. Meanwhile, in a date rape case tried by Deed, an arrogant young barrister keen to make his mark leads the defence.
