A Night on the Town

Musical spectacular, first broadcast in 1983, showcasing the work of Irving Berlin, Noel Coward, George Gershwin and Cole Porter. Ann Reinking and Lewis Collins sing and dance their way through the bright lights of Berlin, London, New York, New Orleans and Paris, meeting Elaine Paige, Eartha Kitt and Frank Gorshin along the way. Alexander Faris Ambrosian conducts the BBC Concert Orchestra.
