Alan and Sylvie are first to host in their seafront establishment Watersedge Guest House in Barton on Sea, Hampshire. The first guests to arrive are Blackpool boys Mike and Danny of Homecliffe Hotel, who locate dust and grime enough to grumble. Next through the door are Tim and Amelia, owners of Nearwater B&B, St Mawes. Austrian-born Eva of the Roundhouse Hotel in Weymouth, loves her spacious garden room.
