Charlotte in Sunderland

Charlotte experiences the most joyous and most tragic days of her life. Alba Jean is born, and Jake is overcome with emotion as he holds her in the delivery suite. Back in Sunderland, Leticia and Gary meet the new arrival, and Charlotte heads back to a shoot as a working mum. Just weeks later the family are devastated by the sudden loss of nana Jean, and they struggle to cope with the overwhelming grief.
