Frank spots his son Lip and granddaughter Katie on the bus not far from the Chatsworth Estate. Curious, he stages a meeting - surely they haven't been living so close all this time. Lip has gone to some length to distance his daughter from the unruly world of Frank and the estate, but it becomes apparent that Grandma Mimi has been very much part of her life.
