Selfridges is open but it is missing something - customers. Harry is worried, as he knows he needs to capture the imagination of London to get some much-needed publicity. Ellen Love, 'The Spirit of Selfridges', gives Harry an idea - he will get the first airplane to cross the English Channel, and its famous pilot Monsieur Bleriot, into the store for a grand exhibition.
