Alex Polizzi: The Fixer

Alex Polizzi is called in to a family-run furniture store in Yeadon, just outside of Leeds. Kettley's has been run by John Butler for 33 years, but in recent times profits have been down as customer numbers have dwindled. There are also problems within the family - dad John seems unprepared to relinquish control to any of the younger partners in the business, including his son, David.
