The Bill

Callum is determined to find the perpetrators of some recent violent burglaries. A suspect is caught and the officers are frustrated when he is eventually released because of a lack of evidence. Later, Will and Leela are called to another robbery, and a shocked Leela sees Will takes out his pent-up anger on the suspect.
