When long-term patient Allan enters her consultation room, Dr Sian Morris can immediately see something is not right. Allan, who lives on the margins of society, has a number of long-standing health conditions and has always been very slim. But on this occasion Allan is even thinner than usual and Dr Morris suspects a sinister cause - crack cocaine.
