Pauline falls spectacularly off the wagon to the dismay of Noreen and Geoff. Geoff tries to sort her out but Pauline has drunkenly befriended young Jodie. The Solana wristbands are being replaced by a new and improved ID card system. The technicalities of the new process prove too complicated for Mateo and the staff - who end up making a hash of the whole thing. This could have dire consequences for Joyce.
