The Bill

It is Phil's last day in uniform and he is determined to see some action on the streets, so Smithy pairs him up with a reluctant Leela. After the pair witness a mugging, Phil finds £15,000 in the victim's bag. When questioned, the man finally admits that he is being blackmailed and Phil organises an undercover sting operation. Back at Sun Hill, Martin Turnbull reports that he has been receiving threatening phone calls.
