Nowhere to Run (1993)

An escaped convict strikes up a relationship with a widow and her two children who are being harassed by unscrupulous land developers headed by the evil Franklin Hale. Having virtually become a father to the children, the fugitive is determined to help the family see off Hale and his henchmen for good.
