First through the doors of is farmer Phillip from Cheshire with his son Thomas. Thomas has got an industrial-sized butter churn up for grabs, and dad Phillip has come along to school the dealers in the art of butter making. Next in and local to Edinburgh HQ is Tanya and her entourage of chihuahua dogs. Third to arrive in the room is Niall with a linen tram blind from Glasgow's famous Botanic Gardens.
