New police inspector Eve Dunlop hits the ground running when she discovers that a much-loved Port Devine resident has been kidnapped. When Eve finds out that corrupt cop Al Quinn is also in town, she's sure the two events are connected. Meanwhile, Clint and Nicole are keeping her pregnancy top secret - they're worried that Constable Callum McCarthy will discover he could be the father. Disaster strikes when Callum's girlfriend Detective Constable Jo Lipton sniffs out the truth.
