It Could Happen to You (1994)

A New York cop shares his $4million lottery win with a waitress after giving her half of his ticket in lieu of a tip. Although his wife is furious when she hears that he is going to honour his promise to split the winnings if his numbers come up, he is insistent, and all three of them become media celebrities, but when it comes to spending the money, their troubles have only just begun.
