PC Gary Best's brother is a wanted man following the shoot-out at the drug deal in which three gang members died. As news of a mystery contact comes to light, Gary begins to thinks that he has been manipulated all along by DCI Henry. A witness comes forward to claim that PC Tony Stamp had not been looking where he was going when he ran over Sergeant June Ackland.
