Gino leaves the mainland of Italy behind and takes to the skies to visit the remote Islands of Tremiti. One of Italy's best kept secrets, this stunning archipelago lies 22 miles off the coast in the middle of the Adriatic. Local Marco gives him a tour of the largest island before Gino collects some local wild herbs and the mornings catch to create a delicious fish kebab, Robinson Crusoe style on the beach - with a homemade Italian twist on tartare sauce.
