The Bill

Neil is convinced that someone has a vendetta against Julia Bickham. Jared Miles proves to be innocent and identifies a man he saw with Thomas Sands - Stephen Fairfax. It emerges that Julia gave evidence at the inquest a couple of years before of a young woman suicide which meant that Fairfax lost an insurance claim and the custody of his daughter. Then, he kidnaps Julia.
