It's Me or the Dog

Harvey is an anti-social, out-of-control Dobermann puppy who hates other dogs with a passion. His owner Jane can't take him for a walk without him chasing any dog that crosses his path. Jane got Harvey as a companion for their shih tzu Lady, but now Harvey treats Lady like a stuffed toy and pulls Jane all over the neighbourhood as he tries to attack other dogs. Can Victoria tame Harvey's antics?
