It's the second day in Colchester, and the turn of smooth talking PR man Darius G Laws. Having been critical of the food on night one, Darius will have to pull out all the stops if he's to impress his fellow guests. He is confident he's got what it takes, rustling up a menu full of local ingredients and home grown produce, including Chateau Laws - his very own blackberry wine.
