DS Samantha Nixon and DC Zain Nadir arrive just in time to save Ramani De Costa from taxi driver David Russo, prime suspect in the murder case of Manisha Devi, but he is released on bail when his DNA fails to match that found near the body. Sergeant June Ackland and PC Roger Valentine are called to an arson incident - where June becomes the victim of rape.
