It's the tenth anniversary of the arrival of rescue elephant Anne, who spent most of her life in the circus. Kate and Ben find out how the keepers keep one of Europe's oldest elephants in the best possible condition. The team have a finely honed routine, tending to her every need, from breakfast to dinner, showers to entertainment. Kate treats Anne to some special snacks, and Jean Johansson discovers how the keepers keep her trunk in shape.
