The Hotel

Manager Mark has come up with a plan to revamp his old restaurant wants his new 23-year-old chef, Jenna, to come up with a tantalising menu. However, Jenna's ambitious `fine dining' menu of black pudding tortellini with pancetta foam is a far cry from Mark's idea of a steak and fish restaurant serving prawn cocktails and black forest gateaux. What will the bigwigs from the Torbay Hotel Association make of the menu?
