Agent Binky: Pets of the Universe

When a new dog, Freddy, rolls into town with his rear legs on wheels he inspires Gracie to try her best, despite the dog cone she's wearing. Gracie finds the cone very constricting, but with Freddy's encouragement, she rallies to help defeat threat.
