Series 12 Episode 2: A Tale of Two Springfields

When trying to deal with a rogue badger, Homer discovers that the area code for the Simpsons' half of Springfield (the poor half) has changed. Area code and class rivalries split Springfield in two and Homer becomes mayor of New Springfield, but his reign doesn't go well. Only The Who can save the day.
