Agent Binky: Pets of the Universe

When Chirpy tries to disrupt Gracie's attempt to pass her next Captain's test, the team must intervene and stop him. The PURST agents make their way to headquarters and use all their skills to keep Chirpy at bay, all the time doing their best.
