Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps

Gaz has fallen into a coma shortly after telling Donna he wanted to be with her. As she sits by his bedside, she begs God to give him back, saying that she is prepared to take any consequences. She imagines two separate realities, one where Gaz is back to full health and one where he is paralysed. Both possibilities are followed in parallel.
