Hard Target (1993)

Martial arts adventure about a New Orleans merchant sailor who stumbles upon a deadly game in which groups of sadistic hunters pursue human prey. Approached by a young woman whose father has gone missing, the sailor agrees to help find him, but discovers that the father was a recent victim of one of these human hunts. He resolves to stop the slaughter, but taking on the chief hunter will test his skills to their limit.
