Invitations are sent out for a lavish engagement party for Emily and Daniel. Conrad's father Edward Grayson arrives in the Hamptons determined to minimise the damage to the family from Conrad and Victoria's divorce. Jack is upset that he can't contact Amanda, and is drawn deeper into Emily's power struggle with the Graysons when he finds the missing video tape under his bed, and Charlotte hears some devastating news.
