Scruff, an engine who shunts a lot of Sodor's rubbish, is not too concerned about his appearance, but when the Fat Controller sees him, he decides it's time for him to be repainted, but Scruff hates being washed, let alone repainted! How will he cope with a makeover and will he like his new look?
