Charlie Roper is a rogue patient in a British hospital, smoking under the bed sheets and smuggling in whiskey. Jim Kilmore is the handsome but accident-prone doctor is infatuated with beautiful Nurse Clarke, and Doctor Kenneth Tinkle is the hospital head who is the unlikely romantic target of the strict and starched matron.
