This programme examines the development and application of unmanned aerial vehicles, popularly known as drones, which can now observe, analyse and even kill without any risk to a pilot. They can be controlled from almost anywhere on the planet and their use is not limited to military missions as civilian operators have also taken advantage of the technology.
