David's worried about who will look after the estate whilst Kobi is away. Mail and Zainab are sure Kobi has arranged a replacement and sure enough a temporary caretaker arrives on the scene. Everyone likes the new caretaker, Ricki, and David then worries that Kobi's replacement might take over for good, leaving Kobi out of a job.
