It's the turn of Stefano Scaringi to try to wow his guests in Wolverhampton. The restaurant manager has more than food on his mind however as he plans to curry favour with May Dudley. His preparation goes like clockwork - until dessert, when an unexpected drama causes kitchen chaos. Later Kyle goes from chilled-out hippy to raging bull.
