The Savoy

It's Valentine's week at the Savoy and the hotel is preparing for one of the busiest and most profitable days of the year. Restaurant director Thierry is still reeling from owner Gordon Ramsay's visit to the Grill. He gets to work re-training his front of house staff and looking at how he can improve his already high standards - but first he has to ensure that his customers enjoy the most romantic night of the year at the restaurant.
