Fifty-one-year-old multi-millionaire and curry house king of Scotland Charan Gill goes under cover in Thetford, Norfolk, to join the thousands of unskilled workers who survive in rural Britain on the minimum wage. Charan moved to Glasgow from India when he was nine-years-old, started working at the age of 15 and by the time he was in his forties he owned 17 Indian restaurants. He now wants to give something back.
