The Hotel Inspector

Alex Polizzi finds her skills and patience are tested to the limit as she tackles plummeting profits, dodgy decor and terrible reviews. Alex visits a 15th-century haunted hotel owned and run by husband-and-wife team Ross and Jayne in the historic Hertfordshire town of St Albans. The owners have been quick to take advantage of its ghost and are not prepared for a sceptical Hotel Inspector.
