The Hotel Inspector

Alex Polizzi visits an eight-bedroom floating hotel on the River Thames near Reading, and meets its South African owners, Bonny and Andy Cowley. She is satisfied with the establishment's interior and its cuisine, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. How will she persuade the Cowleys to improve the hotel's shortcomings?
