Phil Spencer: Secret Agent

For the first part of his double mission he's in Ashurst Wood, helping to turn a cluttered 1950s house into an up to date des res for retirees Tim and Gina, who want to take the unusual step of upsizing. Meanwhile, in Weybridge, Phil's taken back to a not-so-swinging 60s pad that's been inherited by brother and sister Nigel and Beverley.
