Location, Location, Location

Kirstie and Phil visit Aberdeen, helping two sets of house hunters who have relocated to the granite city for work. Helen Barr and Brian Clarence moved from Essex while awaiting the arrival of their first child. They've been living in rented accommodation, but with baby number two on the way it's time to find a family home. Brian's priority is finding a bargain; Helen doesn't want a project.
